| Abstract: | Předkládána práce je zaměřena na personální marketing v podnikové praxi. V textu jsou popsány základní definice personálního marketingu, rozdělení personálního marketingu na externí a interní, kde jsou rozebrány všechny aspekty, které jsou potřebné k pochopení praktické části. Jsou zde i kapitoly zaměřené na marketingový mix a trendy personálního marketingu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována talentu a talent managementu. V empirické části práce jsou představeny dvě společnosti, které jsou detailněji rozebrány na základě daného tématu. Zároveň byly provedeny analýzy a následně, na základě získaných výsledků, byla navrhnuta případná řešení situace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on personnel marketing in company practice. The text describes the basic definitions of personnel marketing, the division of personnel marketing to external and internal, where all aspects that are needed to understand the practical part are discussed. There are also chapters focused on marketing mix and trends of personnel marketing. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to talent and talent management. In the empirical part of the thesis two companies are presented, which are analysed in more detail on the basis of the given topic. There were also analyzes provided and subsequently, based on the results obtained, possible solutions to the situation were proposed. |
