| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na otázky týkající se cestovního ruchu a marketingové komunikace. V teoretické části byly zpracovány základy k této problematice se zaměřením na cestovní ruch, cestovní kanceláře a na jednotlivé nástroje marketingové komunikace. Do praktické části pak byly získány data pomocí dvou analýz marketingové komunikace - osobního rozhovoru a benchmarkingu. Na základě těchto dvou analýz pak došlo k vytvoření návrhu tří akčních plánů i se znázorněným přibližným rozpočtem. Navržené inovace by měly zlepšit marketingovou komunikaci ve společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on questions related to tourism and marketing communication. In the theoretical part, the basics of this issue were elaborated with a focus on tourism, travel agencies and individual marketing communication tools. In the practical part, data were obtained by two analyzes of marketing communication - personal interview and benchmarking. Based on these two analyzes, three action plans were also drafted with the approximate budget shown. The proposed innovations should improve marketing communication in the company. |
