| Abstract: | Tato práce je věnována tématu ochrany spotřebitele v Evropském právu. První kapitola práce je zaměřena na problematiku pojmu a historický vývoj ochrany spotřebitele. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na jednotlivé oblasti ochrany spotřebitele - ochrana bezpečnosti a zdraví spotřebitele, ochrana hospodářských zájmů spotřebitele, právo na náhradu škody, právo na vzdělávání, informace a sdružování se. Třetí kapitola práce je pak věnována institucím na ochranu spotřebitele na evropské, mezinárodní i české úrovni. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is devoted to the topic of consumer protection in European law. The first chapter focuses on the issue of the concept and historical development of consumer protection. The second chapter focuses on individual areas of consumer protection - consumer safety and health protection, consumer economic interests protection, right to compensation, right to education, information and association. The third chapter is devoted to institutions for consumer protection at European, international and Czech level. |
