| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit krátkodobou migrační schopnost raka kamenáče na dvou tocích. Výzkum probíhal v září minulého roku (2019). Zkoumání proběhlo na dvou tocích v Plzeňském kraji, konkrétně na Přešínském a Chocenickém potoce. Pomocí metody ručního odchytu byly prozkoumány všechny možné úkryty, kde se raci mohli vyskytovat. Nalezení raci byli podrobeni detailnějšímu popisu a pomocí elastomer - VIE naznačeni. Poté byli vráceni na přesné místo původního nalezení. Druhý den byly stejnou metodou prohledávány všechny úkryty a byla zjišťována migrace raků na daném stanovišti. Všechna získaná data byla graficky i statisticky zpracována. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to research stone crayfish's short-term migration ability. The research has taken place last year (2019), in September. The study was made in two localities in Pilsen Region, especially in Přešínský and Chocenický spruit. All the possible covers, where crayfishs could be hidden, were explored by hand catch method. Explored crayfishs were submit to more details description and marked by elastomer - VIE. Then, they were returned exactly to the same spot they were found. All covers were explored by same method next day and crayfish's migration on the same locality was found out. All the gained data were graphically and statistically analyzed. |
