Abstract:	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na srovnání právní úpravy jednotlivých produktů stavebních spořitelen a hypotečních bank. Práce je záměrně vedena s myšlenkou ochrany klienta, který potřebuje získat komplexní přehled o této problematice a může mu pomoci při rozhodování. Na druhé straně by měla poskytnout na problematiku ucelený pohled i z pohledu odborné veřejnosti.
Abstract in different language:	My dissertation work focuses on comparison of legal regulations of individual products of building societies and mortgage banks. The work is purposely led to the thought of client protection who shall need to get a complex summary of this problematic and to help him or her to decide. On the other hand, the work should also give a complex perspective about the problematic to the expert public.
