| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce bylo podrobně zanalyzovat problematiku částečného zastavení exekuce vůči majetku manželky povinného, a to zejména s příhledem k novele provedené zákonem č. 139/2015 Sb. Dílčí kapitoly této práce byly kromě teoretických informací, čerpaných z odborné literatury a z právních předpisů, doplňovány ohledně této problematiky podstatnými rozhodnutími zejména Nejvyššího soudu České republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of this work was to analyze in detail the issue of partial suspension of execution against the property of the debtor's wife, especially with regard to the amendment made by Act No. 139/2015 Coll. Partial chapters of this work were, besides theoretical information, drawn from professional literature and legal regulations, supplemented by significant decisions on this issue, especially by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. |
