| Abstract in different language: | My thesis is focused on the topic Sanctions Applied to Juvenile Offenders and I created it on the basis of existing legislation. I described the distribution and characteristics of educational, protective and punitive measures. For comparison I chose Slovak legislation. My knowledge of the issue is summarized in the conclusion of the thesis as well as my recommendation of several proposals of de legeferenda. |
