| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením muže a ženy, jejich práva a povinností dle Všeobecného občanského zákoníku z roku 1811 a zákona o právu rodinném č. 265/1949 Sb. Práce se zabývá několika okruhy ve vývoji těchto práv. Jedná se zejména o okruhy ve oblasti manželství, jeho uzavírání a ukončení, oblastí osobního postavení a právního jednání, péče o děti, oblasti dědického práva a majetkového práva. V druhé části práce se shrnují oblasti práva volebního, práva na vzdělání a práva pracovního. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the position of men and women, their rights and obligations according to the General Civil Code of 1811 and the Act on Family Law No. 265/1949. The thesis deals with several areas in the development of these rights. These are mainly areas in the area of marriage, its conclusion and termination, areas of personal status and legal action, child care, areas of inheritance law and property law. The second part summarizes the areas of the right to vote, the right to education and labor law. |
