| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je vypracována na téma Realizace marketingového projektu. Cílem této práce je analýza současné marketingové komunikace v soukromé jazykové škole a zhodnocení realizace konkrétního projektu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Obsahem teoretické části je shrnutí poznatků z odborné literatury o projektovém řízení a marketingu. V praktické části jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány na skutečný projekt Jazykové školy AQAP spadající pod společnost ALKAP s.r.o., jeho plánování, realizaci a zhodnocení. Práce obsahuje návrh doporučení pro tuto společnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis examined The Execution of a Marketing Project theme. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of the current marketing communication of a private language school and an evaluation of the project's implementation. The content of the theoretical part is a summary of the knowledge and insights gained from the literature about project management and marketing. In the practical part of the thesis, these insights are applied to a real project of the company Jazyková škola AQAP, subsidiary of ALKAP s.r.o., its planning process, implementation, and evaluation. The thesis includes a suggestion of recommendations for this company. |
