| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení zákaznické zkušenosti ve vybraných hobby marketech. První část charakterizuje klíčové pojmy a definice nutné k porozumění zkoumané oblasti, na základě odborné literatury. Další část obsahuje popis a charakteristiku vybraných hobby marketů. Na základě marketingového průzkumu, pomocí dotazníkového šetření a internetových recenzí, je vyhodnocována zákaznická zkušenost a spokojenost. Na základě výsledku z tohoto průzkumu, jsou navržena konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení chodu společnosti a spokojenosti zákazníků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of customer experience in selected DIY stores. The first part characterizes the key concepts and definitions necessary for understanding the researched area, based on the literature. The next part contains a description and characteristic of selected DIY stores. Customer experience and satisfaction are evaluated based on a marketing survey, using a questionnaire survey and Internet reviews. Based on the result of this survey, specific measures are proposed to improve operations in the company and increase customer satisfaction. |
