| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vybrané logistické činnosti společnosti Makro Cash & Carry a jejího distribučního centra, tj. zásobování, nákup, doprava, skladování a manipulace se zbožím. V teoretické části práce bylo využito odborné literatury a v praktické části konzultace se zástupci distribučního centra a zaměstnanci prodejny podniku. První část práce popisuje základní pojmy související s logistikou a logistickými činnostmi, které byly nadále použity v praktické části a aplikované na vybraný podnik. Další část představuje společnost Makro Cash & Carry, její distribuční centrum a zaměřuje se na vybrané logistické činnosti podniku, tedy na zásobování, nákup, doprava, skladování a manipulaci se zbožím. Práce je vhodně doplněna obrázky a schématy. Poslední část práce se věnuje navrhovaným řešením a doporučením pro zlepšení logistiky společnosti, které vyplynuly při popisu praktické části práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on selected logistics activities of Makro Cash & Carry and its distribution center, i.e. supply, purchasing, transport, warehousing and handling of goods. In the theoretical part of the work, professional literature was used and in the practical part, consultations with representatives of the distribution center and employees of the sales company. The first part of the thesis describes the basic concepts related to logistics and logistics activities, which have been used in the practical part and applied to the selected company. Another part represents Makro Cash & Carry, its distribution center, focusess on selected logistics activities of the company, i.e. supply, purchasing, transport, warehousing and handling of goods. The work is suitably supplemented by pictures and schemes. The last part of the work deals with the proposed solutions and recommendations for improving the logistics of the company, which resulted in the description of the practical part of the work. |
