| Abstract: | První polovina teoretické části se zabývá popisem stařeckého období. Je zde uveden rozdíl mezi stářím a stárnutím a také jaké změny člověka v tomto období potkají. V druhé polovině teoretické části je popis vhodné pohybové aktivity pro seniory a také její význam. Praktická část obsahuje seznam 7 center v Plzni, které nabízejí pohybovou aktivitu pro seniory. U každého centra jsou uvedeny 2 rozhovory, které proběhly s organizátorem cvičení a seniorkou, která se cvičení zúčastňuje. |
| Abstract in different language: | First half of theoretical part deals with the description of senior age. There is description of the difference between old age and ageing and also what changes a person will encounter during this period. Second half of the theoretical part is describing suitable physical activity for seniors and its meaning. Practical part contains list of a 7 units (centres) which offers physical activities for seniors. From every unit(centre) there are listed two interviews, which took place with the trainer and with senior lady who participates in the exercise. |
