| Abstract: | Tématem předložené diplomové práce je strategie udržitelnosti ve společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj. Hlavním cílem této práce je zanalyzovat strategii, cíle a implementaci dané strategie ve zvoleném podniku. První kapitola je zaměřena na obecné představení konceptu udržitelnosti a souvisejících pojmu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá implementací strategie udržitelnosti na konkrétní podnik a její hodnocení. Třetí, závěrečná kapitola pak srovnává strategii zvoleného podniku s konkurenčními podniky. Výsledky této analýzy jsou pak slovně hodnoceny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the presented master thesis is the sustainability strategy in the company Plzeňský Prazdroj. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the strategy, objectives and implementation of the strategy in the selected company. The first chapter focuses on a general introduction of the concept of sustainability and related concepts. The second chapter deals with the implementation of the sustainability strategy on a specific enterprise and its evaluation. The third and final chapter compares the strategy of the selected enterprise with competing enterprises. The results of this analysis are then verbally evaluated. |
