Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je reflektovat dopady protipandemických opatření na chod supermarketu. Studie detailně popisuje protipandemická opatření v rámci konkrétní prodejny z pozice prodavače. Zmiňována je mimo jiné i předpandemická situaci, která byla pro chod prodejny rovněž klíčová. Práce je založena na retrospektivním výzkumu, který vychází ze zkušeností autora a také na kvalitativních rozhovorech, které provedl s kolegy zkoumané prodejny. |
Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis aims to reflect the impact of anti-pandemic measures on the operation of a supermarket. The study details the anti-pandemic policies within a specific store from the perspective of a salesperson. Mention is made, among other things, of the pre-pandemic situation, which was also crucial to the store's operation. The thesis is based on retrospective research based on the author's experience and qualitative interviews conducted with colleagues of the store under study. |
