| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu činnosti vybraného poskytovatele logistických služeb. Poskytovatel logistických služeb nabízí své služby více klientům. Pro tuto práci bylo vybráno poskytování služeb pouze pro jednoho vybraného klienta, kterým je retailová firma provozující e-shop. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s logistikou, logistickým řetězcem, outsourcingem logistických služeb a jsou popsány vybrané logistické služby. V úvodu praktické části je představen vybraný poskytovatel logistických služeb. Dle získaných údajů bylo sestaveno schéma pohybu zboží a informací v logistickém řetězci, který poukazuje na postavení zvoleného providera v tomto řetězci. Poté byla provedena analýza mikrologistiky, jež probíhala na základě pozorování vnitřních logistických procesů. V závěru práce se identifikují problematické situace a jsou navržena jejich možná řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of the activities of a selected logistics service provider. The logistics service provider offers its services to a number of different clients. For the purpose of this thesis, only one client has been selected, namely a retail company operating an e-shop. The theoretical part explains the concepts of logistics, logistics chain, outsourcing of logistics services and selected logistics services are described. The practical part starts with the introduction of the logistics service provider. According to the data obtained, a diagram of the movement of goods and information in the logistics chain is drawn up, which shows the position of the selected provider in this chain. A micro logistic analysis is then carried out based on the observation of internal logistic processes. Problematic situations are identified and possible solutions are proposed at the end of the thesis. |
