| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá fundraisingovým plánem vybrané neziskové organizace Svoboda zvířat. Cílem této práce je zpracovat fundraisingový plán na následující období. Teoretická část obsahuje definici a typy neziskových organizací. Následně se práce zaměruje na definici a pravidla fundraisingu, popisuje co je fundraisingový plán, vysvětluje kdo je fundraiser a jaké jsou jeho úkoly. Jsou zde popsány zdroje a formy fundraisingu a rozepsán crowdfunding. Na závěr teoretická část obsahuje strategické řízení, vysvětluje co je SWOT analýza, popisuje vizi a misi podniku, dále jeho cíle a plánování. V praktické části je představena nezisková organizace Svoboda zvířat. Je zde její popis, vize, poslání, projekty a popis jak se může veřejnost zapojit. Poté se provádí analýza finančních zdrojů organizace a navrhuje se plán pro získání finančních prostředků v třech možných variantách spolu s dalšími doporučeními k zvážení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the fundraising plan of a selected non-profit organization Svoboda zvířat. The aim of this thesis is to develop a fundraising plan for the following period. The theoretical part includes the definition and types of non-profit organizations. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the definition and rules of fundraising, describes what a fundraising plan is, explains who is a fundraiser and what are his/her tasks. Sources and forms of fundraising are described and crowdfunding is discussed. Finally, the theoretical section includes strategic management, explains what a SWOT analysis is, describes the vision and mission of the company, and discusses its goals and planning. The practical part introduces the non-profit organization Freedom of Animals. There is its description, vision, mission, projects and a description of how the public can get involved. An analysis of the organization's financial resources is then conducted and a plan for fundraising is proposed with three possible options along with additional recommendations for consideration. |
