| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá elastickými plošnými spoji, se zaměřením na typy montážních technologií. Úvodní část této práce se věnovala materiálům, technologii a konstrukčnímu provedení elastických plošných spojů, realizovaných tiskovými postupy. Dále byly v práci popsány jednotlivé montážní technologie pro osazování SMD komponent a metodami testování klíčových parametrů, charakterizující kvalitu montáže. Ve zbylých částek se tato práce zabývala návrhem a praktickou realizací testovací platformy, se zpracováním a vyhodnocením naměřených dat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented diploma thesis deals with elastic printed circuit boards, with a focus on types of assembly technologies. The introductory part of this work was devoted to the materials, technology and design of elastic printed circuit boards, realized by printing procedures. Furthermore, the work described individual assembly technologies for fitting SMD components and methods of testing key parameters characterizing assembly quality. In the remaining amounts, this work dealt with the design and practical implementation of the test platform, with the processing and evaluation of the measured data. |
