| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá simulací automatizace procesu třídění pekárenských výrobků s využitím průmyslového robota. V teoretické části práce charakterizuje robotizaci a popisuje softwarový nástroj Fanuc Roboguide a jeho varianty. Praktická část využívá pracoviště s kolaborativním robotem v laboratoři průmyslu 4.0, na kterém je proveden experiment. Toto pracoviště je přeneseno do softwarového nástroje Fanuc Roboguide, kde je provedena simulace stejného experimentu jako v laboratoři. Výsledky experimentu jsou následně zpracovány a vyhodnoceny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the simulation of automation of the sorting process of bakery products using an industrial robot. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the robotization and describes the software tool Fanuc Roboguide and its variants. The practical part uses a collaborative workstation in the Industry 4.0 laboratory where the experiment is performed. This workstation is transferred to the Fanuc Roboguide software tool, where a simulation of the same experiment as in the lab is performed. The results of the experiment are then processed and evaluated |
