| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem práce přesčas, je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola definuje základní pojmy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá historickým exkurzem od vývoje po současnost právní úpravy práce přesčas na území České republiky. Třetí kapitola řeší prameny právní úpravy práce přesčas. Čtvrtá kapitola je tvořena z platné právní úpravy práce přesčas. Pátá kapitola zmiňuje judikaturu. Šestá kapitola řeší zahraniční exkurz. Poslední, sedmá, kapitola této bakalářské práce je kapitola praktická, která je řešena dotazníkovým šetřením. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on overtime work and is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter defines basic terms. The second chapter deals with a historical excursion from the first regulations surrounding work to the present state of the legal regulations of overtime work in the territories of Czech lands. The third chapter deals with the sources of legal regulation of overtime work. The fourth chapter is made up of the valid legal regulation of overtime work. The fifth chapter mentions case laws. The sixth chapter deals with the foreign excursion. The last, seventh, chapter of this bachelor's thesis is a practical chapter, which is solved by a questionnaire survey. |
