| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma ?Doručování ve veřejné správě po nástupu elektronizace? je zaměřena na řešení problematiky moderních forem doručování po nástupu elektronizace. Mapuje současný stav, popisuje a navrhuje doporučení v dané oblasti. V teoretické části řeší problematiku doručování a v praktické části ji vyhodnocuje na základě dotazníkového šetření. Na základě vyhodnocení a rozboru dotazníkového šetření navrhuje možná řešení či doporučení jak v této oblasti postupovat dále. Diplomová práce uvádí také řadu názorů uživatelů datových schránek, které uvádějí, jak pozitivní, tak negativní zkušenosti. Při vyhodnocení dotazníků a návrhu opatření byly využity zkušenosti odborníků v dané oblasti. Lze konstatovat, že používání moderních forem komunikace ve veřejné správě je možno jednoznačně považovat za přínosné. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis on the topic of ?Delivery in public administration after the onset of computerization? is aimed at the possible solutions of the matter of the modern delivery forms after the onset of computerization. The thesis monitors the contemporary state of this field and proposes certain recommendations as well. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the question of delivery is discussed; in the practical part is the question of delivery evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Based on evaluation and analysis of the questionnaire survey the author offers possible solutions or recommendations how to proceed in this field in the future. This diploma thesis also includes several opinions of data boxes users, introducing both positive and negative experiences of these users. While evaluating the questionnaires and proposing measures, availed the author experiences of experts in this field. The author is of such opinion that usage of modern forms of communication in the public administration is positively of a great contribution. |
