| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá zvyšováním výkonnosti firmy prostředky strategického řízení ve společnosti podnikající se zdravotnickými pomůckami. Cílem práce je stanovení vize a cílů podniku na střednědobé období, provedení finanční analýzy a analýzy vnitřního/vnějšího prostředí. Na základě těchto analýz je doporučena strategie pro naplnění finančního plánu a dosažení cílů společnosti. Následně jsou identifikována rizika, která by mohla ohrozit naplnění navrženého plánu. Pro významná rizika je provedena analýza citlivosti a doporučení ošetření rizik. V závěru práce se hodnotí naplnění strategických cílů, a tak zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented diploma thesis focuses on increasing company performance with use of strategic management in a firm that businesses with medical aids. The goal of this thesis is to determine a company vision and objectives for medium-term, to execute a financial analysis as well as a mikro/makroenvironment analysis. Based on the results from those analyses, a strategy that is going to fulfill both financial plan and given objectives has been recommended. Potential risks that might threaten successful execution of the plan have been identified too. There has been worked out a sensitivity analysis and a recommendation on how to deal with significant risks. Accomplishment of defined strategic goals that lead to an increase in the company performance can be found at the end of this thesis. |
