| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenčního postavení firmy Bögl a Krýsl, k.s. a přináší návrhy, jak zvýšit její postavení na stavebním trhu a zvýšení povědomí o firmě. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část poskytuje teoretické informace o konkurenci, konkurenceschopnosti a nástrojích, které jsou využívány pro analýzu konkurence. Praktická část analyzuje konkurenční postavení firmy Bögl a Krýsl, k.s. a je zakončena návrhy ke zvýšení postavení na trhu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the competitive position of the company Bögl a Krýsl, k.s. and provides suggestions on how to increase position on construction market and how to increase position of the company. The work is divides into two parts. The first one provides theoretical information about competition, competitiveness and tools that are used for competition analysis. The practical part analyzes competitive position of the company Bögl a Krýsl, k.s. and it is finished with suggestions for improving the market position. |
