| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dokumentaci života středověké obchodnice Doňi Gracii Nasi/Mendes, jejího blízkého rodinného kruhu a aktivit obchodní firmy Mendes v kontextu světového obchodu a jejího odporu vůči španělské, portugalské a papežské inkvizici. Práce se zároveň zabírá pozicí židů v 15. a 16. století s vyzdvihnutím Graciina značného vlivu a pomoci v židovském zájmu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on documenting the life of the medieval businesswoman Dona Gracia Nasi / Mendes, her close family circle and the activities of the Mendes business in the context of world trade and its resistance to the Spanish, Portuguese and papal inquisitions. The work also deals with the position of Jews in the 15th and 16th centuries, highlighting Gracia's considerable influence and help in the Jewish interest. |
