| Abstract: | Jedním z cílů této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaká právní úprava v oblasti dopingu na území České republiky existuje a zda je dostatečná. Hlavním cílem však je zaměření se na odpovědnost sportovců za doping s ohledem na zmíněnou aktuální právní úpravu a zamyšlení, zda za porušení dopingových pravidel je možné sportovce sankcionovat podle nějaké univerzální zásady, či univerzálních procesních postupů. |
| Abstract in different language: | One of the aim of this thesis is to find out what a legal regulation in the field of doping exists in the Czech Republic. The main aim is to focus on the liability of athletes for doping with regard to the aforementioned current legislation and consideration of whether it is possible to sanction athletes for violating the doping rules according to some universal principle or universal procedural procedures. |
