| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochranné známky Fairtrade na trhu s kávou. Práce se zabývá rozdílem mezi termíny fair trade a Fairtrade a každý z termínů detailněji popisuje. Jsou popsány hlavní principy a cíle férového obchodu, jeho rozšíření v České republice, podmínky pro udělení certifikace a produkty, které mohou být certifikovány touto známkou. Největší důraz je kladen na kávu, na kterou je tato práce zaměřena a které je věnována samostatná kapitola. Součástí práce je marketingový výzkum, který zkoumá nabídkovou a poptávkovou stranu trhu s Fairtrade kávou. Tento výzkum může posloužit jako podklad pro prodejce kávy. Na základě výzkumu je zpracováno a navrhnuto několik doporučení pro subjekty na trhu s Fairtrade kávou, kterými se dané subjekty mohou inspirovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the issue of the Fairtrade trademark on the coffee market. It delineates the difference between terms fair trade and Fairtrade and describes each of the terms in detail. In the thesis are also described the main principles and goals of fair trade, its influence in the Czech Republic, the conditions for granting the certification and products that can be certified with this mark. The greatest emphasis is placed on coffee, which this work is focused on. The thesis includes marketing research which examines the supply and demand side of the Fairtrade coffee market. Several recommendations for sellers on the Fairtrade coffee market are given based on the research. This research can be used as an inspiration for the sellers. |
