Abstract:	Diplomová práce se věnuje institutu dohody o vině a trestu po teoretické i praktické stránce. Přibližuje problematiku zařazení institutu mezi odklony, ale především popisuje jeho současnou právní úpravu s důrazem na recentní legislativní změny. Diplomová práce se také věnuje historii institutu a nabízí jeho komparaci se zahraniční právní úpravou.
Abstract in different language:	The diploma thesis deals with the institute of agreement on guilt and punishment from a theoretical and practical point of view. It approaches the issue of classifying the institute as a diversion, but mainly describes its current legislation with emphasis on recent legislative changes. The diploma thesis also deals with the history of the institute and offers its comparison with foreign legislation.
