| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje elektronizaci justice. Kromě úvodu a závěru je práce rozdělena do čtyř samostatných kapitol. Nejprve se práce věnuje historickému vývoji elektronizace justice na našem území. Dále je popsán institut e-governmentu, neboť elektronizace justice je jeho nedílnou součástí. Třetí kapitola práce se věnuje současnému stavu elektronizace justice se zaměřením na nejdůležitější instituty. Poslední kapitola se věnuje budoucím cílům eJustice, jednak v rámci ČR a jednak v rámci EU. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is devoted to the topic of electronicisation of the judicial system. Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is divided into four separate chapters. First, the thesis discusses the historical development of electronicisation of the judicial system in our country. Next, the institute of e-government is described, as the electronicisation of the judicial system is an integral part of it. The third chapter of the thesis is devoted to the current state of electronic justice, focusing on the most important institutes. The last chapter is devoted to the future goals of e-Justice in Czech Republic and in the EU. |
