| Abstract: | V diplomové práci se zabývám rozdílem mezi přestupkem a jednáním majícím znaky přestupku. Dále se zabývám osobami, které jsou z působnosti přestupkového zákona vyloučeny. V práci porovnávám rozdílné právní úpravy projednání skutků majících znaky přestupku podle zvláštních zákonů. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my thesis I deal with the difference between an administrative infraction and an act having the characteristics of an administrative infraction. Furthermore, I deal with persons who are excluded from the applicability of the Administrative Infractions Act. In the thesis I compare the different legal regulations for the consideration of deeds having the characteristics of an administrative infraction under special laws. |
