| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje pracovnímu právu v letech 1948-1965 a jeho právní úpravě na našem území. Její obsah je tvořen definováním pojmu pracovního práva, které se nám logicky prolíná celou prací. Dále už je pozornost věnována samotnému vývoji pracovněprávního odvětví s přihlédnutím k dobovému státnímu uspořádání, ale také k judikatuře nebo rozdílnostem s dnešní právní úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is devoted to labour law in the years 1948-1965 and its legal regulation on our territory. Its content consists of defining the concept of labour law, which we find logically interwoven throughout the thesis. Next, attention is already paid to the development of the labour law sector itself, taking into account the state structure of the time, but also the case law or differences with today's legislation. |
