Abstract: | Turecko je mnohými analytiky vnímáno jako nový donor. Podle dostupných zdrojů přispívá na rozvoj v celkové výši 3,3 miliardy amerických dolarů. Turecku je často vytýkáno, že navazováním rozvojové spolupráce pouze sleduje své politické, ekonomické a bezpečnostní zájmy. Jedním ze zahraničně-politických nástrojů Turecka je Turecka agentura pro spolupráci a rozvoj. Není, proto žádným překvapením, že většina rozvojové podpory směřuje do oblastí, které leží v bezprostřední blízkosti Turecka. V poslední dekádě, po nástupu AKP, se však zájmy Turecka rozšiřují o nové oblasti. Díky diverzifikaci současné turecké zahraniční politiky dochází k prohloubení vztahů s Afrikou. Největším příjemcem turecké ODA je Somálsko. |
Abstract in different language: | Turkey is seen by many analysts as a new donor. According to available sources contributes it assigns up to a total of 3.3 billion OSD from it is budget. Turkey is often alleged that by initiating development cooperation to pursue its political, economic and security interests. One of the foreign policy tools of Turkey is Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Development. It is not surprise that most development aid goes to areas that are located in the immediate vicinity of Turkey. In the last decade, after the AKP Turkey's interests expand into new areas. Diversification of the current Turkish foreign policy is has been to deepen relations with Africa in particular. Turkish largest recipient of ODA is Somalia. |
