| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním základních atributů, shodami a odlišnostmi právní úpravy Veřejného ochránce práv v České republice a systému Ombudsmanů ve Švédském království. Pro úplnost práce obsahuje před samotným předložením právních úprav rovněž právní úpravu Evropského ombudsmana, který byl v některých ohledech dalším vzorem pro právní úpravu Veřejného ochránce práv. Mimo výše uvedené je ve stručnosti předeslána i úprava ombudsmana v obecné rovině. |
| Abstract in different language: | Main theme of the thesis is a comparison of attributes, similarities and differences between legislation of Public Rights Protector in the Czech Republic and a system of Ombudsman in the Kingdom of Sweden. The thesis also contains legislation of European ombudsman, which has been in some regards a template for the legislation of Public Rights Protector, before submission of the legislation of Public Rights Protector and Ombudsman itself. With the exception of what was stated above, it also contains a legislation of ombudsman in general. |
