| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje neustále se rozvíjejícímu odvětví e-commerce - on-line nakupování potravin. Úvodem teoretické části je zmapovaní situace na českém on-line trhu, dále je blíže popsáno chování spotřebitele a nákupní proces. Vysvětlím význam mystery shoppingu a představím nejvýznamnější společnosti na trhu. V praktické části formou opakovaného mystery shoppingu porovnám úroveň poskytovaných služeb dvou českých společností - Rohlík.cz a Košík.cz. Závěrem této práce představím návrhy na zlepšení pro tyto společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is devoted to the constantly developing sector of e-commerce - online grocery shopping. The theoretical part of the thesis starts with a mapping of the situation on the Czech online market, then consumer behaviour and the shopping process are described in more detail. I will explain the importance of mystery shopping and introduce the two most important companies on the market. In the practical part I will compare with the form of repeated mystery shopping the level of services provided by two Czech companies - Rohlík.cz and Košík.cz. At the end of this thesis I will present suggestions for improvement in both companies. |
